i've always had a passion for art, ever since i was a little girl.
there wouldn't be a moment where i didn't have a piece of paper in my hand and some sort of drawing material. as i started to get older,the passion grew and i became quite good at it. i excelled in all of my art classes, including the AP ones. it wasn't until my senior year of high school that i found that fluid art would be my 
signature style. fluid art was definitely hard for me to grasp at first, not because it was hard, but because it was so free willing. being a perfectionist, it was very difficult to let myself not be in control and let the paint go wherever it wanted to. i think that's why these pieces always turn out so great, because no one is manipulating it and the paint is able to flow the way it wants to and it creates such beautiful movement and unity.
my name is megan, if you haven't already found out based on the name of this website. i'm a young college student from boise, idaho. i come from a city where art isn't appreciated as much as it is in other cities. in boise, there are different aspect of art that you see throughout downtown, although, the art market isn't as intense as it would be in portland or seattle. it's difficult to get your name out there and be heard from people other than your friends and family, which is true for all artists, but in boise, its a lot harder. that's why i have created this website. i want to be heard. i think my art brings joy to those around them when they see it and i want to carry that feeling into every home that my art goes to.
